This super simple two ingredient recipe only uses liquid soap and sugar. It makes an amazing scrub to use on your hands and feet. Removing dirt and grime from you hands and feet just in time for summer and the pool!

This scrub is a great way to get started on the DIY track if you’re feeling overwhelmed by so many options and complicated recipes. Activated Charcoal acts as a natural detox, reducing inflammation and helps even pigmentation.

Using the Dr. Natural Activated Charcoal line of liquid soap available in Citrus, Lavender or Mint. The ratio is easy simply combine ¼ cup of granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of liquid soap in a small jar. Mix and enjoy!

What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
