What’s your niche?

Dr. Natural believes in quality products delivered at a competitive price. Our Castile soaps are proudly made in the USA and our low price point gives our customers a true, natural alternative to pricy competitors, at 40% to 50% less cost.

Is your product organic?

Our soaps are made from natural ingredients and our Shea butter is 100% organic certified.

What makes Dr. Natural unique?

Instead of resorting to cheap, harsh detergents, Dr. Natural’s products use high quality natural essential oils like coconut oil, hemp seed oil, and organic Shea butter, making our soaps and lotions gentle enough for everyday use as a body wash, shampoo, soothing bath, facial cleanser or hand soap.

How will I know if I am allergic to any of your soaps?

All our soaps are made entirely of natural ingredients, and all ingredients are listed on the back of our labels to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers.

How can I get support?

What is your shipping policy?

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is placed after the daily cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Standard U.S shipping carrier rates apply. Once shipped, ground delivery typically takes five to eight business days. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. U.S. ground shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to deliver.

How do I check my order status or order tracking?

Order status and tracking updates will be sent via email notifications. If you have any order status questions, contact us at contact@drnaturalusa.com with your order number.

What do I do if something is wrong with my order?

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at contact@drnaturalusa.com within 14 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. Order issues reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible to be reviewed.

How do I cancel or change my order?

We are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you decide you’d like to return the product after receiving it, you may. See our return policy for more details.

What is your return policy?

Return orders must be returned within 30 days of the order date, in unused/unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any initial shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate an eligible return request, please contact us at contact@drnaturalusa.com for return instructions.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept standard credit cards such as Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express.

What if my order was delivered to the wrong address?

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information at checkout. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address during checkout as well as checking the address on your order confirmation email for accuracy. For any questions regarding your order after it has already shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number ready.

What if my order is lost or delayed?

Once your order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
